This policy explains how we handle student and parent personal data. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by the academy before publication.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through enquiry, consultation and booking forms: parent and student names, student age, school, grade, curriculum, learning goals, contact number, email address and any notes you add.
How we use your information
Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, recommend courses and teachers, arrange lessons, manage admissions applications you ask us to support, and communicate about the services you requested.
Consent
Every form that collects personal data includes an explicit consent checkbox. Submitting a form without giving consent is not possible, and consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.
Disclosure
Information may be shared with the teacher assigned to your booking, and with schools or institutions only where you have asked us to support an application. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Data is stored in access-controlled systems with row-level security, retained only as long as needed for the service or as required by law, and then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.
